Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 3 tbsp sliced Almonds
  • 3 tbsp Raisins
  • 500g Paneer Grated
  • 1-liter milk
  • 400g Sweetened Condensed Milk(tin)

Step by Step Instructions

  • Boil milk in a pan, add NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk and mix well.          
  • Add the grated paneer, stir well and cook on low flame till the payesh is thick. Add the cardamom powder and mix well.
  • Pour into a dessert serving bowl. Garnish with almonds and raisins and serve chilled.
