Channar Payesh Recipe
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
- 3 tbsp sliced Almonds
- 3 tbsp Raisins
- 500g Paneer Grated
- 1-liter milk
- 400g Sweetened Condensed Milk(tin)
Step by Step Instructions
- Boil milk in a pan, add NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk and mix well.
- Add the grated paneer, stir well and cook on low flame till the payesh is thick. Add the cardamom powder and mix well.
- Pour into a dessert serving bowl. Garnish with almonds and raisins and serve chilled.
