Ingredients
- 250gms Cottage cheese/Paneer diced
- 2tbsp. oil
- 1 large onion julienned
- 1 medium tomato julienned
- 1 green bell pepper julienned
- 1 inch ginger julienned
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- Pinch of Turmeric
- 1tsp chilli powder
- 1 ½ tsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- Half lemon juice (small size)
- Chopped Coriander for garnish
Step by Step Instructions

Pre-heat the saucepan, add oil and once the oil is hot drop the cumin seeds and let them sizzle and splutter

Add julienned onions and cook on medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes or until tender and translucent and then add minced garlic and ginger juliennes sauté for a minute

Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and coriander powder and stir for a minute

Add bell pepper and mix well until coated with spices and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes and then add the tomatoes and cook until they are tender and then add salt to taste

Now add paneer cubes and mix well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Turn off the flame and add Lemon juice and mix well and garnish with the Chopped Coriander

Serve hot with the Indian bread
